You decide whether your device should be repaired by us. If you decide to have your device repaired by us, you will receive both a repaired and a thoroughly cleaned device within a few working days - cleaning after the repair is a free service with us.
COSYS helps you maintain your existing equipment and systems. Our technical and repair department has experienced staff with access to a large spare parts warehouse from which our experts can take the right parts in the shortest possible time. The in-house warehouse makes repairs many times faster and more cost-effective.
COSYS professional support and close partnerships
We complete our repair service with professional support and close partnerships with the leading manufacturers (Zebra, TSC, Valentin, Datalogic, Honeywell, PSION, Motorola, COGNEX) in the Auto-ID field. Thanks to our own spare parts warehouse, we can offer shorter repair lead times at a good price.
New purchases to match your current system will only be an issue if your device is really unsalvageable or incompatible with your system.
